1. What are your rates and payment methods?

The rates will depend on the volume of your cargo and dimensions (You can see it in the "Rates" section). The payment method is Zelle or ACH/Wire Transfer.

 

2. Do you offer transportation services for companies or only for individual customers?

We offer services for anyone who needs it, from companies to movers.

 

3. What is your coverage area and service hours?

Our coverage is mainly in Prime Doral, but we transport to any area in Miami. Our service hours are from 9AM to 4PM.  Monday thru Friday.

 

4. How can I track my shipment?

We offer GPS tracking.

 

5. What security measures do you implement to protect my products during transportation?

We use straps to secure cargo, We respect speed limits, Documentation and Record-keeping, Staff Training, Cargo Insurance

 

​6. Do you have express or expedited shipping options? 

If it is in Prime Doral area we can do it without any problem.

 

7. What type of vehicles do you use for transportation?

Van with a limit height 69 inches (2 pallets) and trucks with a height limit of 95 inches (12 pallets).

 

8. What should I do if my shipment is delayed or lost?

You should write to our WhatsApp service.

 

9. Do you offer packing and storage services?

Not at the moment.

 

10. What are your insurance policies in case of damage or loss during transportation?

We offer insurance coverage up to $1.5M for added peace of mind.
